Just so we are on the "same page". I do not list here to argue, I teach.. After all this time, I am still growing. The more I learn, the less I know I know. Bottom line for salvation is belief in Jesus.
That Jesus Christ is both God and Man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He led a sinless life, took all our sins upon Himself, died, and rose again by His own power, to life before ascending into heaven to be seated at the right hand of God, our Father, as our High Priest and Mediator. He will return in full glory to claim His church and Jerusalem for universal headquarters, just as He promised.
God's grace (In Hebrew, "hesed" = mercy) redeems us from the demands of the law, through the sacrifice of Jesus.
That the Bible is God’s Word; absolute authority. It is God inspired and accurate. It is our perfect guide in all matters of life.
Water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of God and a testimony. a turning from old sinful self to new self with our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Lord's Supper: That the Holy Communion is a celebration of Jesus’ death and our remembrance of Him.
Absolutely! Eternal life in a whole and perfect body in the presence of Jesus Christ, as demonstrated by the resurrection and promised throughout the Bible.
One God, who exists in three Persons — the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is loving, holy, and just. God wants to transform, heal, and provide for us, so that we can live blessed and victorious lives that will impact and help others
That the Holy Spirit is our Comforter. He guides us in all areas of our lives. He also blesses us with spiritual gifts and empowers us to yield the fruit of the Spirit.
I am an absolute believer in miraculous activity in the Bible and today's world. I have been witness to and receiver of such miracles and always anxious to share my experiences. Miracles are all around us in creation. God intervenes (past, present and future) in the lives of His children to perform healing and grant prayers. Indeed, life itself is a miracle we too often take for granted.
That salvation is the gift of God to man. This gift is effected by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and it results in works pleasing to God.
That sin has separated us all from God, and that only through Jesus Christ can we be reconciled to God.
And . . .
We are called to preach the gospel to all nations.
